Elders
The Elders are voted into office by the membership. They join with the Pastors in providing servant-leadership for the church - giving guidance and counsel in areas of spiritual health and discipline, providing vision for the church, offering pastoral care, and representing the church in financial/legal matters.
These Elders are each connected to Small Group Shepherds who help people to grow to be more like Christ in the context of spiritual community – a small group.
